Born and raised in Georgia, Allen Mullins has spent his life in service—to his community, his family, and his faith. A seminary graduate and longtime pastor, Allen brings deep empathy, leadership, and vision to every role he steps into.

For over 18 years, Allen helped families rebuild after hurricanes and disasters as a trusted insurance adjuster. Today, he channels that same heart for restoration into mentorship, business coaching, and the BYLD income system that empowers influencers to create freedom and serve with purpose.

Whether in ministry, business, or one-on-one mentorship, Allen’s mission is clear: Help people thrive.

I’ve spent my life answering the call to serve—whether from the pulpit, in the aftermath of a storm, or now in the world of business. Ministry taught me compassion. Insurance adjusting taught me resilience. And now, through the BYLD Network, I get to combine both to empower others financially and spiritually. I believe every person has God-given potential and purpose—but potential needs opportunity.
